President's Message

On behalf of the Executive Committee of the Canadian Commercial Circle of Kuwait (CCC), I would like to thank you for your interest in the Canadian Commercial Circle, one of Kuwait’s most successful networking organisations for businessmen and women. We are a non-profit organization of Canadians and friends of Canada living in Kuwait with a double mandate to foster Canadian interests in the State of Kuwait and afford our members opportunities to meet others and learn at our business focussed meetings. In over 10 years of activity we have developed a varied format of conferences, panel discussions and informative talks at our monthly events. The CCC also regularly supports the work of the Canadian Embassy by hosting or participating in receptions and dinners for visiting trade missions and prominent business visitors. Our social calendar marks the summer, Ramadan and Christmas/New Year seasons. At our monthly meetings at the Canadian Embassy we have covered various economic and business subjects, heard from Canadians and Kuwaitis on doing business and sealing deals here, and listened to representatives from local businesses in the petroleum, medical or educational fields.  Periodically we also host larger scale events such as a Panel of senior participants in the oil industry, and a tax and investment event for Canadian expats- recently in its third edition.  We are planning even more interesting talks and opportunities. 

Our active membership is now above 120 and is still growing and includes a majority of Canadians but also members from the UK, Australia, Kuwait, the US and several other countries. Networking opportunities abound, with the best and friendliest people around, in a business atmosphere.  Please join us as we continue to build Canada’s business links with the State of Kuwait.
